For your convenience, you can upload or send your logos and graphics directly to our web site and add custom monogramming to your embroidery order.
We will review your logo and order for digitizing set-up and embroidery prices, if you are submitting a logo for the first time. In addition, we will provide a proof image to you via email of your embroidered logo and monogramming for your approval. Only upon your approval of the proof image, will we begin embroidering your order.
Here are the general guidelines:
Graphic File Formats Accepted
We allow you to upload JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PDF files. We do realize that other graphics formats exist. So, if your logo or graphic is in another format, then please select "Different Graphic Format " and provide the file extension and associated program's name in the special request box. We will provide you with information on how to send the file.
Graphic File Size Limitations
At the present time, we only allow you to upload graphics files with a maximum file size of 300kb. We realize that some files may be significantly larger. To reduce the file size please check your graphic resolution and if possible reduce the resolution to the parameters listed below. If your logo or graphic file is still larger that 300kb, then please select "Different Graphic Format " and provide the file size in the special request box. We will provide you with information on how to send the file.
Graphic Resolution Limitations
Graphic Resolution in embroidery is slightly different than graphic resolution in print or on the screen. With embroidery the maximum resolution that we accept is 200dpi (print) or 250ppi (screen and/or scanning) and the minimum resolution that we accept is 72dpi (print) and 96ppi (screen and/or scanning). If your logo or graphic file different resolutions, then please select "Different Graphic Format " and provide the file information in the special request box. We will provide you with information on how to send the file.
Colors and Embroidery
All colors for embroidery are digitized based on their RGB to Pantone® conversion numbers. Please be aware that colors do not always render or transfer correctly when converting. For best results please use the RGB color number from our color pallete for best color conversion results. When you upload your logo artwork, then we will use our color display pallette to match our thread to your logo. If you specify particular Pantone® color codes, then we will match your thread accordingly. In either case, we will always send you a proof for your approval. Click here for thread colors.
Note: Orders and Logo approvals received after 11:00 AM will be considered received on the following business day for purposes of determining completion of orders.
